i presume that you all know of Edi Rama’s project in Tirana? He has been painting Tirana in colours since 2002, highlighted in Anri Sala’s film Dammi I Colori in 2003. i wish that you had given Edi Rama a part to play in the project, or even a mention as inspiration, as it is his vision.
